Prepare Your Documents
Gather proof of enrolment, academic transcripts, a personal statement and one reference letter.
Submit Your Application
Complete the online application form before the annual deadline of 30 September.
Shortlist Interview
Shortlisted applicants are invited to a short conversation with the Vaucluse Grant committee.
Decision & Notification
All applicants are notified of the outcome in writing within eight weeks of the deadline.
Grant Disbursement
Funds are paid directly to the recipient, or their parent or legal guardian, at the start of each academic term.
